When a local builder took on the refurbishment of a family kitchen in Blockley, in the heart of the North Cotswolds, they asked Granite Planet to fabricate and fit the worksurfaces. The homeowners wanted a bright, clean look to go with their new sage-green Shaker-style units, and Fugen Carrara was the perfect choice. Its soft white background and delicate grey veining give a classic marble look, with the durability and easy care of an engineered surface.

Our team templated the kitchen on site, then fabricated every piece at our workshop in Honeybourne, near Evesham. Each worksurface was cut to the millimetre, including precise cut-outs for the hob and the undermount sink, so it fitted perfectly first time. We then installed the worktops, matching joins carefully and finishing the edges for a seamless result.

The finished kitchen feels light, open and elegant, and the worksurfaces are made to last for years of family life.
